Our Story
Before founding Arcas Air Conditioning, our founder spent many years working for established air conditioning companies across London. With over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry, he wanted to build a company that focused on quality, attention to detail and genuine customer care from the first enquiry through to long-term aftercare.
Starting the business was a proud moment. The first installation, completed in Fulham, marked the beginning of a journey built on hard work, passion and a commitment to doing every job to the highest standard.
The name Arcas represents our family heritage, combining the names Arguello and Castro. As a family-run business, those values of honesty, trust and pride are reflected in every project we undertake.

Every installation is different. While many people see only the finished air conditioning unit, a great installation often involves careful planning, routing pipework, opening walls, protecting your home and overcoming unique challenges to achieve the best possible result.

Most of our work comes from homeowners looking to improve the comfort of their homes. Many contact us after struggling to find companies willing to take on more complex installations. At Arcas, we don’t believe difficult means impossible.
One project that has always stayed with us involved a family expecting their first child. We installed their air conditioning before the baby arrived so they could enjoy a comfortable nursery during the warmer months. Today, they’re still in touch with us, and it’s relationships like these that remind us why we do what we do.
