Based on local recommendations Allan and his wonderful team provided 4 x aircon units into our residential property absolutely perfectly. Not only are they incredibly professional but they are so friendly (the reviews on their customer service are 100% accurate), leave the house spotless everyday and are exceptionally quick!  Our aircon was installed within 4 days and just in time for this heatwave. The units are sleek and quiet & our fears about. I spoke to various air conditioning installers as this was an important job, a significant expense and I wanted to feel I’d get the best service, fair pricing and great quality in the installation. Allan was very straightforward in his approach from the outset and I felt comfortable to proceed. Some quotes from other businesses were cheaper, others more expensive but a consistent issue was lack of transparency-possible additional costs for extra piping, or unexpected electrical work, or insisting the condensers were placed in areas I wasn’t comfortable with, amongst other issues. It was quite frustrating and I found Allan refreshing so it was an easy decision to choose his company. The job has just been completed and to a very high standard. Everything exactly as planned and discussed, all pipe work and trunking very neat and respecting my property. His team were exceptionally careful throughout to protect each room from dust and dirt and everything was back in place to the point that you wouldn’t have known workers had been there. The work was done efficiently, installing a roof mounted condenser and 3 indoor units in 2 x half days. Whenever I had questions leading up the work Allan was always responsive and helpful. And he found a way to work to a specific budget for some excellent units. I look forward to using them this summer (and winter for heating) and have confidence that if anything crops up Allan will help. Highly recommended, very trustworthy and professional, thank you. Allan and his team recently installed a condenser unit on an outside wall in our alley to power an indoor unit in our large open plan kitchen/diner that gets very hot as it gets the sun all day and has velux windows and full length patio doors and a condenser unit on the roof of our converted loft which like most lofts gets unbearably hot and also cold in winter as the radiators are not great there, to power an indoor unit for that room. I can't comment too much on the units as we've only used them briefly to test however they seem to both heat and cool very effectively. What I can definitely comment on however is the quality of the work, the loft unit has no wires on show as they ran them down the inside of the wall to the plug socket, just 1 hole, filled and ready to paint. The kitchen unit is connected directly to our switch board under the stairs, again, no wires on show and cleverly placed trunking so you only see the first 20cm coming from the unit. The team were incredibly clean, you wouldn't know workers had been in, sheets laid everywhere to catch any dust and on the floors everywhere they needed to walk. Allan himself was incredibly helpful. After visiting to quote, I'm sure he was fed up with the volume of questions I asked between then and the job, but he answered everything clearly and quickly each time. We had 4 quotes, 1 well out of our price range, but the other 3 were same ballpark except Allan's included 2 condensers instead of 1, plus we always like to support smaller, family run businesses where we can and we actually ended up spending more than he quoted as we decided to upgrade the indoor units. 2 condensers and 2 units all installed under 5 hours! Big thanks to Allan and team for installing our 2 Daikin AC units and 1 condenser. Allan has been very good to communicate with from initial contact through to installation, and has been swift with quotes and replies to questions. Allan and his team were very courteous, professional and hard working. I was grateful they protected carpet and furniture, as the loft which they needed to access is dusty. They cleared everything at the end of the day and left the house clean and tidy. We’re pleased with the neat installation of the units, and liked the way Allan checked with all decisions along the way, concerning trunking, cable and condenser positions so that everything looked as discreet as possible for our little terrace house, garden and neighbours, as we all live very close to each other. We’re looking forward to enjoying summer at home a lot more! We got in touch with Allan due to the good reviews, glad we did when we did as we discovered how busy he can be. The guys from Arcas were fantastic! They helped us identify the right number of AC units required, their capacity, and specific location of the indoor fans and outdoor condenser units, first through extensive exchange over text, sharing pictures, and confirming the recommendations through a site visit. I shopped around and their pricing is competitive. They were able to complete the job in just one day, even though it involved drilling through brickwork, routing pipes through two levels and making the external pipework virtually invisible, and left the flat very clean. Big thanks for to Arcas! Allan was brilliant from beginning (quote, discussing options etc) through to installation and after care. We got great advice on which units to install, the models, and also how this would work for us. Installation was a breeze! The whole team is friendly, polite, and super tidy. Nothing was too much trouble, especially when it came to deciding which walls to install the units on. These guys did an amazing job with our Air Con - absolutely spotless installation. They left the rooms neater than when our cleaner has been. Now we have lovely cosy heat pumps and refreshing cool air as needed. 5 rooms installed in 3 days. They grafted 9-4 each day - I had to encourage them to eat and drink because I was worried they were working too hard! They also chased into the wall, plastered and painted, and it looks as good as new.
